Excellent customer service!! I was sent the wrong product for my son (a slingshot) but thought I had accidentally ordered the wrong model. I didn't realize the mistake until well after the return period, I emailed support and explained the situation. The apologized for the error and immediately sent the correct model. They were very nice and made the process simple and painless. Great company!

I found TBOTECH’s products I purchased to be be excellent in quality, and price.

I purchased several expandable batons’s / in both the 16 and 26 inch lengths, as well as several pairs of sap gloves for self defense.

Dealing with their Customer Service rep Shannon, was a pleasure.

The merchandise arrived when expected, and was better than quality than gear I have ordered from some other similar sales outfits.

I would recommend them without hesitation, and will be ordering additional items in the future.

The website is set up well, and order confirmation and shipping info came quickly.

Thank you for making such a great product. We recently had neighbors move in with 2 pit bulls that were not very friendly. They scared my wife so much she would shake stepping outside of our house. Since I purchased her stun baton she feels comfortable leaving our house again. She loves the
size of the baton and how easy it is to use.
